If items in your order are from multiple manufacturers your order will be split up and delivery dates may vary as shown in the example above. Please see the shipping estimate for each item on the check out page. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

NOTE: Due to high demand Purses and Bags have an extended production time of 7-14 days.

Production/handling time normally takes 2-7 business days since our items are custom made regardless of delivery option chosen.

Shipment tracking will be provided for all orders.

All of our goods are custom made on demand. In order to cut down on shipment costs your order will be sent directly from the production facility. Our production partners are located in Hong Kong, The United States and some European Countries. 

Shipping carriers might experience delays during holiday periods, or inclement weather. We have no control over shipping carrier delays including delays at customs for international orders. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.

Sometimes online tracking information takes a few days to be updated between carriers. Please check your email for shipping notifications. Tracking numbers and/or links to tracking will be provided in your order history.
