I can't see product images when I click on them?

Images are "pop ups" when you click on them. In other words images open in a tiny window to enlarge and show further details. If you have "pop ups" disabled in your web browser try enabling them to view product detail images. Sometimes, depending on your browser pop up images appear in the background, or are minimized. Check your task bar (bar along bottom of screen to see if there are any minimized windows) or look behind your browser for open windows.

Will you combine multiple purchases to save on shipping?

Time Rover Treasures combines multiple purchases to save you money on shipping.

Once you add an item to your cart you will be given the option to preview shipping charges by clicking a button labeled "estimate shipping." Once you imput your basic shipping information you will be shown the shipping charges.

Where do you ship from?

Items are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario, Canada unless otherwise noted.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we will ship to the United States, Europe, Australia, Asia, etc...We are a business located in Canada so please note that if you are ordering "internationally" (this includes USA customers) you may be responsible for additional tax or tariff according to your country's import laws.

Why are your prices in US dollars when you are in Canada?

Due to the fact we ship worldwide, the majority of our customers prefer to pay in US dollars. It also allows us to offer consistent discounts and shipping options by only having to deal with one currency. When you make your Paypal payment you will be billed in US dollars. If you live outside of the United States your bank, or credit card company will convert your payment to your own country's currency based on what the US dollar is trading at. Please remember, your bank or credit card company determines what exchange rate you get. Time-Rover-Treasures.com has no control over currency exchange or conversion rates.

Do you take phone orders?

Can I pick up my order?

No we are a mail order business and all items (unless otherwise specified) are shipped via Canada Post.

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express are accepted via Paypal Payments. We do not accept checks/cheques or money orders.

What method do you use for shipping?

Since we are business based in Canada, we use Canada Post.
The majority of our items are shipped via airmail letter post or small packet airmail service.

When will my item ship?

We ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your item has shipped.

Please check your email's inbox/spam settings to make sure our email notifications get to you.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Our items are shipped from Canada. If you live in the United States or in another location outside of Canada your package may have to go through customs. Under normal circumstances items normally arrive within 2-3 weeks within the USA and Canada. Items being shipped overseas to Europe, Australia, Japan, etc...take 3-4 weeks or so. It depends entirely on customs and the location of the final destination of the item.

Will you mark my item as a gift on the customs form so I can avoid paying import taxes?

No. We will not falsify customs information. Purchaser is responsible for any applicable duty and/or import taxes owed. By purchasing this item you agree to the above shipping terms.
